What this tool does
JPG to PDF turns your images into a PDF. Add as many pictures as you like, put them in the order you want, and download a single document. It accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and TIFF.
How it works
Each image is converted to a PDF page on your own device the moment you add it, which is why you can immediately rotate, reorder or remove pages just like any other document. JPG and PNG are embedded directly with no re-encoding, so the picture you put in is the picture you get out. The less common formats are decoded by your browser first and then embedded.

Your files stay on your device
This tool is marked in your browser. Your photos are never uploaded. That matters more here than almost anywhere else, because the images people convert are usually documents, receipts and identity papers.
Questions
Will my photos be compressed?
JPG and PNG images are embedded exactly as they are. Other formats are converted to PNG first, which is lossless.
Can I put several photos on one page?
Not yet. Each image becomes its own page.
Does it keep the picture orientation?
Yes, and you can rotate any page afterwards if you want a different one.
Is there a limit on how many images?
No. Add as many as your device can hold.
