Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToolsPivot at toolspivot.com, including the document and image tools at toolspivot.com/doc (DocPivot) and our video tools, and the tools we provide. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ToolsPivot.

What ToolsPivot is

ToolsPivot is a free collection of online tools for SEO, web development, content, images, documents, conversions, banking and payment references, and everyday utilities. Some tools run entirely in your browser; others run on our server or use third-party services to return a result. We offer the tools to help you, at no charge, and we may add, change, or remove tools at any time.

Who can use ToolsPivot

You may use ToolsPivot if you can form a binding agreement with us and your use is legal in your location. If you are under the age required to consent in your country, you may not create an account. You are responsible for anything done through your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the tools to break the law, infringe others' rights, or harm anyone.
• Check, scan, probe, or attack websites, servers, domains, or networks you do not own or have permission to test. Tools that inspect a website or server are meant for your own properties or for legitimate research, not for abuse.
• Upload, submit, or process any file or content you do not have the right to use, or anything unlawful, malicious, or harmful, including malware.
• Use our video tools to obtain material you do not have the right to download, or to circumvent any paywall, access control, or technical protection measure.
• Use our card-related tools to attempt real financial fraud. Our Credit Card Generator produces test numbers for development and testing only. They are not real cards, hold no funds, and must not be used to attempt real transactions.
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the site, including bypassing rate limits, our bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), or scraping our tools in an automated way without permission.
• Resell, rebrand, or pass off our tools as your own, or use them to build a competing service through automated bulk access.

We may rate-limit, block, or suspend access to protect the service and other users.

Files you upload

Many of our document and image tools run entirely in your browser, and those files never reach us. Where a tool does need your file on our server:

• The limit is 100 MB per file, and jobs are rate-limited to 20 per hour.
• Your file and its result are deleted automatically 30 minutes after the job starts, whether or not you downloaded the result. Download what you need before then; we cannot recover a job after it expires.
• You confirm you have the right to upload and process the file, and that it does not contain unlawful material.
• You keep all rights in your file. You grant us only the permission needed to process it and return your result, and nothing more. We do not use your documents to train anything.

Video tools

Our video tools let you retrieve media from third-party platforms. They work differently from the rest of the site, and using them places specific responsibilities on you.

• You are responsible for what you download. By using these tools you confirm that you own the material, that the rights holder has permitted the download, or that your use is otherwise allowed by law in your country (for example a personal-use or private-copying exception, where one exists).
• Downloading from a platform may breach that platform's own terms, even where copyright law permits your copy. Your agreement with that platform is between you and them, and it is your responsibility to check it. We are not a party to it.
• Do not use these tools on paid, private, or protected content, or to bypass any technical protection.
• We do not host a library. Nothing is stored for browsing or sharing. Media is fetched for your request, delivered to you, and removed from our server.
• These tools depend on third-party platforms that change without notice. They may break, return incomplete results, or be withdrawn at any time, and we give no assurance that any particular video can be retrieved.

If you are a rights holder and believe our service is being used to infringe your work, see Copyright and takedown requests. We may block specific sources or withdraw a tool at any time.

AI features

Some tools send the text you submit to a third-party AI model provider to generate a result. If you use them:

• Do not submit confidential, personal, or sensitive information. Once text leaves our server for a model provider, it is handled under that provider's terms.
• Output can be wrong. AI-generated or AI-scored results are probabilistic. They may be inaccurate, biased, or fabricated, and must be checked before you rely on them.
• You are responsible for the output you use, including whether publishing it is lawful and whether it needs to be disclosed as AI-assisted.
• Free AI features carry daily limits per visitor so the service stays available to everyone. We may change those limits at any time.

Accounts

Most tools work without an account. If you create one or sign in through Google, Facebook, or Twitter/X, keep your credentials secure and give us accurate information. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

The tools are provided "as is"

Our tools are provided for general information and convenience, without warranties of any kind. Results can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and you should verify anything important before relying on it. In particular:

• Website, safety, and "is it down" checks are run from a single location at a moment in time. A site may be up or down, safe or unsafe, differently from what we report, and a clean result is not a guarantee of safety.
• SEO and domain metrics (authority, backlinks, keywords, rankings, traffic estimates, and similar) are estimates from third-party or public data and are not official figures from any search engine.
• AI writing, humanizing, plagiarism, and AI-detection tools produce probabilistic results. They can be wrong and must not be used as the sole basis for any academic, legal, employment, or disciplinary decision.
• Document and image conversion may not preserve every element of complex formatting, and OCR may misread text. Keep your original file; check the result before relying on it.
• Security, WHOIS, DNS, blacklist, and network tools reflect third-party and public data that we do not control and cannot guarantee.
• Generators and converters (including card, address, and similar generators) produce sample or test data only, not real or verified information.

You use the tools and their output at your own risk.

Third-party services and links

ToolsPivot uses third-party services to run some tools and shows advertising, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their availability, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

The ToolsPivot name, site, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the tools for their intended purpose, but you may not copy, scrape, or reproduce the site or its content beyond that without permission. Content or input you submit remains yours; by submitting it, you allow us to process it only to provide the tool and operate the service.

Copyright and takedown requests

We respect copyright and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your work has been infringed through our service, our Copyright and Takedown Policy sets out how to send a notice, how to respond with a counter-notice, and how we deal with repeat infringers. We may remove material, block a source, disable a tool, or terminate access in response to a valid notice.

Advertising

ToolsPivot is free and supported by advertising. By using the site you understand that ads will be shown. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising and cookies work and how to control them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ToolsPivot and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools, or from relying on any result. This includes loss of data, loss of a file that expired before you downloaded it, and any consequence of a result being wrong. The tools are provided without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ToolsPivot harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or tools, your violation of these Terms or the law, or any claim that material you uploaded, processed, or downloaded through our tools infringed someone's rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using ToolsPivot at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the courts located in India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
