2. What ToolsPivot Provides

ToolsPivot.com offers a suite of free, browser-based online tools, including but not limited to:

No downloads or installations are required.
No paid plan is currently offered.

If any feature becomes paid in the future, it will be explicitly labelled before use.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

1. Scrape, crawl, copy, or extract data, tool outputs, or website content using automated scripts, bots, or spiders.

2. Interfere with site functionality or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

3. Submit illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing content.

4. Use the tools to violate copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or any applicable law.

5. Bypass access limits, rate limits, or usage restrictions.

6. Reproduce, mirror, or frame any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.

These restrictions match industry norms adopted by platforms like SmallSEOTools and other free web-tool SaaS websites.

4. Ads, Monetization, and Ad-Block Usage

ToolsPivot displays advertisements to maintain the site since the Service is free.

• We reserve the right to limit or block access to users who use aggressive ad-blocking methods that disrupt core functionality or prevent tool usage verification.

• Light ad-blocking is fine as long as it doesn’t break the experience.

If the site becomes ad-free for logged-in users in the future, this section may be updated.

5. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of your User Content.

9. No Warranty

10. Limitation of Liability
