  • Use new content to fill those gaps — blog posts, FAQ pages, maybe short threads/posts, or even social content that AI can pick up.
  • Monitor what “brand perception” says. If AI shows patterns — e.g., people mention you mostly for one kind of thing and less for something else you want to be known for — lean into that. Shift content, messaging.
  • Keep an eye on competitors’ visibility. What are they getting called out for? How are they mentioned? There’s always learning there.
