It is now a collection of more than 280 free tools covering SEO, content, web development, documents, images and everyday conversions. It was built for small jobs that should not need an account, an upload queue or a paid suite: checking a domain, compressing a PDF so it clears an upload limit, fixing a sitemap before a deadline. Most visitors arrive, do one thing and leave, and the site is designed for that. ToolsPivot was built and grown by the team at TheRankHQ, a digital marketing agency (https://therankhq.com). DocPivot is the part of ToolsPivot that handles documents and pictures. It lives at toolspivot.com/doc and has its own navigation, but it is the same site, the same team and the same policies. It converts, compresses, merges, splits, rotates, protects, watermarks and OCRs PDFs, edits the text inside them, and resizes, crops, converts and cleans up images. ## What makes ToolsPivot and DocPivot different * Free, with no paid tier. Advertising pays for the site. There is no trial that expires and no feature locked behind an upgrade. * No account for the vast majority of tools. Nothing to install. * Browser first. Anything that can run in the visitor's browser does, so most of the time the file never leaves the visitor's device. * In DocPivot, 82 of 115 tools do their work in the browser, on the visitor's own device. 32 tools need the server (for example OCR and office document conversion); those files are processed on ToolsPivot's own hardware and deleted within 30 minutes, whether or not the result was downloaded. * A few browser tools send a file to the server in one stated case: OCR of a scanned PDF, an animated GIF, a video or PDF given to a photo tool, or a file too large for the browser encoder. The "Where it runs" line of each tool below says exactly when. * Documents are not sent to third parties, with one stated exception: the AI features of the AI PDF Editor send the document text to an AI provider, and the tool says so on the page before they are used. * DocPivot tools have no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit. * Tools follow the order of a real task. When one step is finished the next tool is a click away, and in DocPivot the file is carried across where that makes sense. * Results state their limits. Anything estimated is labelled as an estimate, and AI-assisted output is labelled as AI-assisted. * Published retention periods. The privacy policy gives retention periods as numbers and names every provider that receives anything. * Eight languages, with translated tool pages. ## DocPivot at a glance * What it is: 115 free PDF, document and image tools at https://toolspivot.com/doc * Where the work happens: 82 tools do their work in the browser, 32 tools run on the server (the file is deleted within 30 minutes), and 1 tool, the AI PDF Editor, runs in the browser and sends text to an AI provider only when its AI features are used. A few browser tools upload a file in one stated case; see the "Where it runs" line of the tool * Each tool page shows whether it runs in the browser or on the server before a file is chosen * Groups: Organize PDF (11), Edit PDF (11), Convert PDF (21), Optimize PDF (9), PDF Security (5), Image Tools (17), Image Converters (41) * Nothing downloads automatically: a tool produces a result panel, and the file is saved when the visitor presses Download ## Languages and URLs * Language codes: es (Spanish), id (Indonesian), pt (Portuguese), fr (French), zh (Chinese), ar (Arabic), ru (Russian). English has no code. * ToolsPivot tool in another language: https://toolspivot.com/{code}/{tool}, for example https://toolspivot.com/fr/plagiarism-checker * DocPivot tool in another language: https://toolspivot.com/doc/{code}/{tool}, for example https://toolspivot.com/doc/es/merge-pdf * The links in the tool list below are the English pages. ## Tool categories | Brand | Category | Tools | What is in it | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | ToolsPivot | AI SEO | 7 | Tools for visibility in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and AI-assisted SEO copy. | | ToolsPivot | Content Creation | 16 | Writing and editing checks: grammar, plagiarism, paraphrasing, readability, word counts. | | ToolsPivot | SEO Optimization | 33 | Keyword, on-page, technical and backlink checks for a website. | | ToolsPivot | Designing & Development | 61 | Utilities for building websites: minifiers, encoders, generators, validators, lookups. | | ToolsPivot | Calculator and Converter | 21 | Unit, number, currency and everyday calculators and converters. | | ToolsPivot | Images & Graphic Design | 3 | Image utilities that live on the main ToolsPivot site. | | ToolsPivot | Video Downloader | 9 | Downloaders for public videos from social platforms. | | ToolsPivot | Productivity & Utility | 18 | Everyday utilities that do one job quickly. | | ToolsPivot | Banking & Payment | 5 | Test-data and lookup tools for payment forms and Indian bank codes. | | DocPivot | Organize PDF | 11 | Merge, split, reorder and clean up the pages of a PDF. | | DocPivot | Edit PDF | 11 | Change what is on the page: text, marks, signatures, numbers, size. | | DocPivot | Convert PDF | 21 | Convert documents to PDF and PDF to other formats. | | DocPivot | Optimize PDF | 9 | Make a PDF smaller, repair it or prepare it for archiving and the web. | | DocPivot | PDF Security | 5 | Protect, unlock, redact and flatten PDFs. | | DocPivot | Image Tools | 17 | Resize, crop, compress and edit pictures. | | DocPivot | Image Converters | 41 | Convert pictures between formats. | ## ToolsPivot tools ### ToolsPivot: AI SEO Tools for visibility in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and AI-assisted SEO copy. #### AI Content Detector * Link: https://toolspivot.com/ai-content-detector * Category: ToolsPivot, AI SEO * What it does: Checks pasted text for patterns typical of AI-generated writing and returns a percentage score, a verdict, sentence-level highlights and a per-model estimate.
